I did a complete reno to an open-concept 2200 square foot dream home overlooking the lake. Quite a unique space, with no partitions between office, living room, TV area, kitchen and dining rooms. Colours were completely different from my previous home so I needed all new furniture. I found Snugglers through researching a chair and half by Trendline. They were very responsive and mentioned a sale going on at the time. Although it was a couple hours drive for me, I just felt confident they wanted to help me... and did they ever. Andrea at Snugglers worked with me tirelessly, based solely on a phone pic of the kitchen island stone colour (blues) I'd selected and a back-of-envelop pencil drawing of the layout. We went back and forth online and in person, about fabrics and colour schemes. Andrea is very professional and taught me just enough about design so that I could make creative & intelligent decisions. I got 2 sofas, 3 armchairs, a desk, 2 benches and stools from Snugglers, and everything is perfectly coordinated to my taste (that is, not too homogeneous, bright accents). Delivery went without a hitch and the guys were careful and professional, as well as personable. The furniture complements the peaceful lake view and that kitchen island. I highly recommend Andrea and Snugglers - high quality furniture and great furniture shopping experience.

We have had the absolute pleasure of working with Diane and the Snugglers' team to furnish our new condo. We recently downsized from a house (where we had Snugglers furniture for over 20 years) and needed condo size furniture for our new place. I can't say enough about the shopping experience, the knowledgeable, understanding and patient staff. The three rooms we furnished are all beautiful, high quality pieces. Our place looks gorgeous! We have been meaning to get back to you about the Buhler bedroom set we purchased in the fall. Thought I'd do so before we head south for the month. We could not be more pleased with the furniture or with the service. There was some hesitation with making a purchase of this size from a catalog but your endorsement and Buhler's excellent web site convinced us that this was a quality product. We looked at solid wood options but I worked in the veneer industry before joining the Region and knew that good manufacturers were capable of excellent quality using veneers. With so many manufacturers disappearing from Ontario, it was great to find a Canadian company able to compete and offer a superior product.

We were looking for a bedroom suite but were not convinced solid wood was a good value for us. Couldn't find anything on display in a veneered set that had the quality we were looking for. Ordering from a catalogue seemed a little risky for such a major purchase but we were convinced by staff at Snuggler's and the Buhler web site. We could not be happier with the product. The entire purchasing experience was a pleasure.

We purchased our first living room set from Snugglers over 25 years ago. We had five small children at the time and kept our first set for 20 years. We replaced it because we were looking to update. Since that time, Snuggler's has become our first stop when we are furniture shopping.

Recently Cindy came to our new home and helped with ideas all the way from what to do with a huge front foyer to hanging a print over our fireplace. She was prompt to respond when I called or emailed, listened well and was thorough with her research.

I discovered there is much more to Snugglers than the furniture you see on the floor allowing you all the choice you could ever want.

We highly recommend Snugglers to anyone who is looking to purchase furniture and may need some helpful advice. You won't be disappointed.

Simply the best furniture shop in the area! Great products with a great selection of the latest styles. The staff is very friendly and helpful with a wealth of knowledge to help decorate. They stock the most high end formal furniture but also have the 'Cordaroys' bean bags which are a great casual addition.

From the start, Andrea was very helpful in the selection of material for my sofa bed, the stools, the dining room furniture and the TV Stand. I thank you Gary for arranging the delivery when I wanted it and to the delivery guys for the care when it came to the condo. I required a touch up just recently based on dropping a dish on my buffet and you were very prompt in providing that service which I was very grateful.
