CANCELLATION BEFORE DELIVERY
If you have NOT received your merchandise, you may cancel all or part of your order within 24 hours of placing your order without a charge or fee by contacting us.
If you cancel your order and the product you ordered is on route to our warehouse, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
RETURNS AFTER DELIVERY
All sales are final. However, if you discover concealed damage you have 3 days to report it. Just call our service department. Many products have parts available OR can be reordered.
Policy on returns & items that do not fit in the space is a 20% restocking fee. Delivery charges will apply and are non-refundable.
7 Day Return Policy
Snugglers Furniture believes your space should feel perfect, so we offer a 7 day window on all orders after pickup or delivery. If you decide the piece isn’t right contact us and we can begin a return or exchange process. Contact Us: We’re here to help.
Please keep in mind if the item was delivered, a pickup charge of the same fee as delivery will be applied.
Damage After Delivery
Our manufacturer’s warranty covers faults in materials and workmanship. We understand that accidents happen, and while instances of damage in the home are not covered under our warranty, we’re always happy to provide cleaning, care, and repair advice when possible.

If a refund has been authorized, please note the following:
- Cash payments will be refunded by cheque OR E transfer (allow 7 business days).
- Debit Card payments will be refunded to the same account if the Debit Card and Debit Card holder are present. If the Debit Card holder is not present, Debit Card payments will be refunded by cheque OR E transfer (allow 7 business days).
- Credit Card payments will be refunded to the same Credit Card (allow 7 business days).
